What does the session fee include & when is it due? Session fees include the time and talent of the photographer during the session only and does not include prints. The session fee is due at the time of booking and your session date will only be held once your session fee has been received.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment? You have up to 48 hours before your scheduled session date and time to cancel your session and reschedule or receive a session refund. Session fee is non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of scheduled session date and time, for any reason.
How do I proof my images? Approximately one week after your session your images are available online. Your gallery will be active for 14 days only for viewing and purchasing. Expired galleries can only be reactivated for an additional five days when a $25.00 re-activation fee has been paid. Fee is for reactivation only and does not apply to final purchase price and is non-refundable. Studio proofing is available by appointment only. Seniors - You will receive an additional five days, now or at a later date, to order your senior announcements. You decide when to activate your additional five days. Additional days must begin before April 20, 2010 to allow for delivery before graduation.
Can I bring my pet? YES, pets are part of your family and are always welcome. Please notify Stacy Lee Photography before bringing you pet so accommodations can be made.
Do you offer printed proofs? No, we only offer online or studio proofing. We do not offer printed proofs.
How many outfits can I bring? We recommend you bring several outfits to choose from. You may change into as many outfits as your session time allows.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment? Your appointment may only be rescheduled due to weather by the photographer. You will be contacted up to 48 hours before your appointment, if at that time Stacy Lee feels the weather will negatively impact your session it will then be rescheduled.
